CANTON, Mass. -- For the third consecutive year, Boston College captured the team title at the Red Bandanna Invitational, held at Blue Hill Country Club from Sept. 23-24.
The Eagles finished with a team score of 883 (287-300-296), a whopping 46 strokes ahead of runner-up Quinnipiac. The 883 team score was the lowest by a champion in the history of the event, formerly known as the Boston College Invitational. BC was 1-under par as a team during the first 18 holes of competition (287).
Cynthia Zhang took the individual title, becoming the first BC golfer to do so.
