This is another battle between an apple that is fairly well known and an apple that probably suffered from lack of name recognition. Ambrosias were towards the bottom of most polls (except Grant’s which had it at fifth for some reason), but yet it doesn’t have the level of distaste reserved for apples such as the Red Delicious.
