Team Boston Beats Team Eagles 20-16 in Spring Game

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College football team hosted the annual Jay McGillis Memorial Spring Game on Saturday under sunny skies Alumni Stadium. Team Boston defeated Team Eagles 20-16 in a back-and-forth affair.

Redshirt senior Dennis Grosel scampered 17 yards off the right side on a read-option for a first quarter touchdown to open the scoring. Freshman Connor Lytton converted a 25-year field goal to give Team Eagles a 10-0 lead after one quarter.

Team Boston roared back with 14 points in the final minute of the first half to take the lead.
