CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College football team scrimmaged for roughly 70 plays Saturday morning inside the bubble at Alumni Stadium on St. Patrick's Day. The tightly contested scrimmage finished the first week in full pads this spring for BC.
"The scrimmage was great," said BC head coach Steve Addazio. "It was pretty high execution level for the first Saturday. We looked pretty good. A lot of physicality, a lot of athletes making plays. It looked like a good operation."
Without the services of running back Ben Glines at the scrimmage due to a minor injury, senior John Fadule made the move to running back from quarterback.
