CHESTNUT HILL, MASS. - Four members of the Boston College lacrosse team earned a spot on the 2024 U.S. Women's U20 Training Team, as announced by Team USA.
A total of six Eagles, with four who are currently enrolled, is the second most on the team after three days of tryouts featuring 100 players. The list was cut down to 42 after the weekend.
Sophomores Shea Dolce and Shea Baker along with incoming freshmen Lydia Colasante and Kylee Colbert represent the Eagles.
The 42 players named to the training team come from high schools from 12 states and the District of Columbia and represent 19 colleges with their current enrollment or commitment
The U20 training team will be back at USA Lacrosse for a training camp in August and will compete at the USA Lacrosse Fall Classic in October before the final roster is ultimately selected to represent the country at the 2024 World Lacrosse Women's U20 Championship in Hong Kong, China next summer.
