CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College set a school record with 13 players earning All-ACC football honors, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced Monday. Four Eagles collected All-ACC first-team honors, the most in school history as well.
The 13 All-ACC selections for Boston College broke the previous school best mark of nine set in 2007, 2008, 2013 and 2017.
Sophomore running back AJ Dillon collected All-ACC first-team honors for the second consecutive season while senior offensive guard Chris Lindstrom, graduate student tight end Tommy Sweeney and junior cornerback Hamp Cheevers all earned All-ACC first-team accolades for the first time.
