CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Boston College senior running back Kye Robichaux was voted the ACC Running Back of the Week as announced by the league on Monday afternoon. It marks Robichaux's second career ACC weekly award and the fourth of the season for the Eagles.
Robichaux rushed for 198 yards and 28 carries, both career-highs, to go with two touchdowns. He opened the scoring with a 34-yard touchdown in the first quarter. For the game, Robichaux averaged 7.9 yards per carry. His 198 rushing yards are the third most by an ACC player this season, second most by an Eagle in the Syracuse series and the 30th game of 198 or more rushing yards in BC single-game history.
