NEEDHAM, Mass. – Classmates Joseph Woll and David Cotton were each honored with the Norman F. Dailey Award as Boston College's Most Valuable Players for the 2018-19 season this past weekend at the 70th annual Pike's Peak Club postseason awards banquet.
Cotton was a Hockey East First Team All-Star and a Second Team All-American this season, leading Hockey East with 23 goals. The Parker, Texas native was voted as the team's 2019-20 captain following the season. Woll posted a 2.17 goals against average and a .926 save percentage during Hockey East play and finished his BC career with 47 victories and six shutouts.
