WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Junior guard scored a team-high 19 points and freshman posted her second consecutive double-double with 11 points and a career-high 16 rebounds to lead Boston College past Wake Forest, 65-64, on Thursday night at the LJVM Coliseum.
Boston College improved to 12-4 and 1-2 in the ACC, while Wake Forest is now 9-7 overall and 0-2 in the conference. BC will head to Pittsburgh to play the Panthers on Sunday at 1 p.m. (NESN). Wake Forest will travel to Indiana to play No. 1 Notre Dame on Sunday.
The Eagles held a 54-47 lead going into the final quarter.
