CLEMSON, S.C. – Junior scored two second half goals to lead Boston College past ACC foe, Clemson, 2-1, at Historic Riggs Field on Sunday afternoon. Boston College finished a two-game ACC road swing at 1-1, to improve to 11-1-0 on the season and 3-1-0 in the conference, Clemson dropped to 7-5-1 overall and 2-2 in the ACC.
After a scoreless first half, Boston College fell behind on a goal by Clemson in the 69 minute. The Tigers sent a long ball to the far post, and Mackenzie Smith headed it to the near post from three-yards out. After the goal, BC had to push forward and the Eagles did just that.
