INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Senior attacker Charlotte North has been nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year award. For 31 years, this program has honored the academic achievements, athletics excellence, community service and leadership of outstanding female college athletes.
A native of Dallas, North took home every major national award in women's lacrosse, being named the Tewaaraton Award winner, IWLCA Player of the Year and the Honda Award winner. She scored a NCAA record 102 goals this season, while adding 12 assists for 114 points. She also had the second-most draw controls in a single season at BC with 174.
