Box Score TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The No. 1 Florida State Seminoles used a second-half surge to top the Boston College women's soccer team, 4-1, on Saturday night at the Seminole Soccer Complex. The match marked the ACC opener for both squads.
After a scoreless first half, the top-ranked Seminoles scored what would be the eventual game-winning goal in the 49th minute and then added insurance goals in the 56th and 73rd minute. After a fourth FSU goal in the 83rd, Linda Boama converted a penalty kick to put the Eagles on the board.
