CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The No. 9 Boston College women's hockey team will play a home-and-home series with Hockey East foe Providence this weekend. The teams will square off on Friday at 2 p.m. at Kelley Rink before closing out the regular season series on Saturday at 3 p.m. at Schneider Arena.
The teams met the first weekend of November in Providence, with the Friars earning a 4-2 win. Daryl Watts scored twice for the Eagles in the loss to reach 50 career goals. That loss snapped a then nation-leading eight-game unbeaten streak for the Eagles.
