CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The No. 3 Northeastern Huskies used a strong first period to top the Boston College women's hockey team, 6-0, on Friday afternoon at Kelley Rink.
The Eagles carried the pace of play in the opening 10 minutes, jumping out to a 6-0 lead in shots on goal. The Huskies, though, struck 12 minutes into the game and then added two more before the end of the frame.
