CLOUD, Minn. – The second-ranked Boston College men's hockey team scored in each period en route to a 4-1 non-conference victory over No. 10 St. Cloud State on Friday evening at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. Special teams played a key role as the Eagles scored both a power-play goal and a short-handed goal.
BC improves to 4-1-0 while St. Cloud State drops to 6-2-0.
The Eagles opened the scoring late in the first period when Will Vote (Arlington, Mass.) slotted home his team-high fourth goal of the season.
