NEWTON, Mass. – The No. 1 Boston College lacrosse team earned head coach Acacia Walker-Weinstein her 100th win at the helm of the program as the Eagles took down No. 21 Georgetown in stunning fashion, 21-11, Saturday afternoon in Newton. The Eagles were held up by five different players recording at least three goals and seven saves by goalkeeper Abbey Ngai.
The Eagles started the game with a fire under them, jumping to a 9-0 lead just 11 minutes into the game. Kenzie Kent pushed for the first goal of the afternoon before six different Eagles scored the following eight goals.
