With Boston College Lacrosse falling in the ACC tournament semifinals, the Eagles had to wait for Sunday night’s selection show to see if they would officially be in the NCAA tournament field. Fortunately, the reveal wasn’t a stressful one — the Eagles will be playing in the national tournament starting this Friday as the #4 overall seed against the Fairfield Stags.
It’s a shame BC couldn’t have gotten into the top 3 to get a first round bye (seriously, a 29 team tournament? What?), but after losing two of their last three games of the season to #3 Syracuse, you can’t really complain about with the placement.
