Background: Tortora is a small, quick forward with a scoring touch - the stereotypical BC player. He went undrafted this past year, likely due to his 5’8” frame, but has impressive offensive stats. Last season he had 38 points in 50 games for the USNTDP U18 team, and the previous season he had 31 points for the U17 team. Tortora is definitely an offensive forward, not a two-way forward, but that is what the BC team really needs this season.
