CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College men's hockey junior Julius Mattila and women's track and field junior Julia Lyons have been named the Nissan Eagles of the Week following their performances this past weekend.
Matilla scored his first career hat trick in BC's win at UConn on Thursday night. The forward sealed last Thursday's 4-0 win at UConn by capping his hat trick in the third period and added an assist to tie his career-high with four points. The junior collected another assist in Friday's 3-2 home victory over the Huskies to close the series sweep with five points.
