BOSTON – Former Boston College forward Matt Boldy will make his National Hockey League debut tonight for the Minnesota Wild at TD Garden against the Boston Bruins at 7 p.m. on ESPN and NESN.

Boldy will become the 82nd former Eagle all-time to skate in the NHL. He is the fourth member of his recruiting class to make his NHL debut, joining goaltender Spencer Knight (Florida) and forwards Mike Hardman (Chicago) and Alex Newhook (Colorado).

A native of Millis, Massachusetts, Boldy played two years on the Heights and earned Division I First Team All-America honors as a sophomore last season.
