CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College women's hockey goaltender Abigail Levy is one of 12 goaltenders that has been named a semifinalist for the 2022 National Women's Goalie of the Year Award, as announced on Tuesday by the Women's Hockey Commissioners Association.
Levy currently leads the country in saves with 1,114 while also ranking tied for 13th nationally with her .932 save percentage. The Congers, N.Y. native, who sits at 18-13-1 on the year, has made at least 30 saves in 24 of her 32 games played. Earlier this month, Levy was named the Bertagna Award winner as the Beanpot Tournament's top goaltender after stopping 99 shots over the two tournament games.
