Latter Part of Regular Season Continues in Amherst

BOSTON COLLEGE vs. MASSACHUSETTS
Boston College heads down the Mass Pike to Amherst for the first time since Oct. 29, 2016 where the Eagles came away victorious in a 7-4 shootout. Thursday's affair closes out the regular-season series against UMass as the Eagles skated to a 2-1 victory over the Minutemen on Jan. 23, 2018 at Kelley Rink. Logan Hutsko scored his first-career game-winning goal at 14:48 of the second period while Jesper Mattila opened the scoring with his first-career power play marker. With that win, Boston College stretched its winning streak over UMass to seven games, outscoring the Minutemen, 39-10, over the course of that unblemished span.
