BRIGHTON, Mass. – The Boston College baseball team scored twice in the eighth for a 6-5, comeback win over UMass Lowell at the Harrington Athletics Village on Tuesday night. The Eagles improved to 20-22 on the season, while the River Hawks dropped to 9-28.
Boston College rallied from a 3-0 deficit with four runs on three hits in the bottom of the fifth. Alu singled for his third of four this in the game to load the bases with nobody out. A base hit and a walk followed to cut the UMass Lowell lead to one.
