PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Freshman hit four foul shots in the final 18 seconds to give Boston College a 59-55 victory over Pittsburgh on Sunday afternoon at the Petersen Events Center.
It was BC's second consecutive ACC victory as the Eagles improve to 13-4 overall and 2-2. Pittsburgh is 9-8 and 0-3 in the ACC.
This was the first time BC has won two consecutive ACC road games since the 2014-15 season. That season, the Eagles defeated Wake Forest on Feb. 12 and NC State in overtime on Feb. 16.
Sophomore hit a key baseline layup with 1:17 to play which gave BC a 55-47 lead.
