COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey has announced that former Boston College men's hockey standout Kevin Stevens '87 will be one of five inductees into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2024.
A local product born in Brockton and raised in Pembroke, Stevens made an immediate impact for Boston College; racking up 20 points in his freshman campaign. In a four-year career that spanned from 1983-1987, he totaled 170 points on 71 goals and 99 assists in 158 games. A 1987 All-American and two-time captain, Stevens led the Eagles in scoring with 35 goals in his senior season.
