CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College junior two-sport athlete Kenzie Kent is one of four nominees for the 2017 Honda Sport Award for lacrosse. The four finalists were announced today by the Collegiate Women Sports Awards' executive director, Chris Voelz.
Kent joins North Carolina junior Marie McCool, Stony Brook junior Kylie Ohlmiller and Maryland senior Zoe Stukenberg as the four nominees, which were chosen by a panel of coaches representing the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).
The Honda Sport Award winner for lacrosse will be announced next week, following the completion of voting by administrators from more than 1,000 NCAA member institutions who each have one vote.
