Hockey star Kelli Stack has re-signed with the Connecticut Whale for the 2016-17 season. Stack, who graduated from BC in 2011, signed a one-year, $26,000 deal with the Whale.
Stack joined the Whale last season after spending 4 year with the Boston Blades in the CWHL. She recorded 22 points during the regular season last year, and scored two playoff goals. In addition to being the Whale's leading point scoring last season, Stack led the team with 14 assists. Stack had the third most points and third most assists in the NWHL in 2015-16, behind Hilary Knight and Brianna Decker, both of the Boston Pride.
