CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Davey O'Brien Foundation revealed the 2021 Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award Watch List today, a group that includes 30 of the nation's top returning college quarterbacks.
Boston College junior quarterback Phil Jurkovec was among the top 30 quarterbacks nationally named to the watch list. On Monday, Jurkovec was also named to the Maxwell Award Watch List.
He was the starter in all 10 games he played in at quarterback last year for the Eagles. His 2,558 passing yards over his first 10 starts were the most by any BC quarterback in school history.
