Boston College women’s basketball has picked up a new recruit for the 2018-19 season. Jenasae Bishop, a point guard from East Chicago Central High School, announced her commitment earlier this month. Bishop received a number of D1 offers, including Wisconsin, Indiana, and MSU. Purdue and Princeton also showed interest in Bishop.
Bishop has been a member of the varsity team at East Chicago since she was a freshman. She has averaged 23.7 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per game over three seasons. As a junior, she averaged 24.9 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per game.
