Boston College handily took down Georgia Tech at home 48-27. This was a pretty comfortable performance for the Eagles, and a great bounce back after last weekend’s performance.
BC was able to move the ball at will and took it to Georgia Tech early. Eagle receiver CJ Lewis scored a pair of touchdowns to help BC take a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. A Mike Palmer fumble recovery for a touchdown pushed the lead to 24-0 and put the game more or less to be early.
Georgia Tech finally got on the scoreboard, but the ensuing onside attempt failed, leading to a Zay Flowers end-around touchdown.
