- UNC would add another when Eva van’t Hoog centered a pass to Casey Di Nardo who slotted it past the goalkeeper for a 2-0 edge in the 35th minute
- The Tar Heels would make is 3-0 in the 57th minute when Gab Major scored off a pass from Emily Wold
- Seconds later, Major added a second, smashing home a rebound in front of the net
- Major would record the hat trick only a minute later (62nd minute) off a rebound to make it 5-0
