CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Graduate defenseman Eamon Powell has been elected to serve as captain of the Boston College men's hockey team for the 2024-25 season. This is the second straight season Powell has been captain having served in the role during the 2023-24 campaign.
Seniors Connor Joyce and Mike Posma and sophomore Ryan Leonard will serve as alternate captains for the Eagles.
Powell has suited up in 138 games over the course of his career thus far with BC, including 40 during the 2023-24 season.
