Eagles Withdraw From Final Day of NCAA Championships

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Boston College fencing team's season came to an end on Sunday, with the Eagles withdrawing from the final day of the 2021 National Collegiate Men's and Women's Fencing Championships. The withdrawal followed a positive test, subsequent quarantining, and contact tracing within the BC fencing program. The team is adhering to the outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com.

The Eagles closed out the championships with four All-American honorees. BC had two Second Team All-American honors in men's sabre, as Bolang Meng finished in seventh while Spencer Kuldell earned an eighth-place finish.
