BOSTON – Three different Eagles scored while made a career-high 36 saves as the Boston College women's hockey team topped No. 10 Harvard, 3-1, in the Beanpot Tournament consolation game.
opened the scoring with a power-play goal for the Eagles midway through the first period and then and found the back of the net in the middle frame. The Crimson scored midway through the third period, but Pickreign made 14 stops in the frame to backstop the Eagles to the win while the team finished with 28 blocked shots.
BC went 1-for-3 on the power play while Harvard was 0-for-3.
