BOSTON – The Boston College rowing team took on the Boston University lightweight crew on Saturday morning on the Charles River. It marked the Eagles first competition of the spring season, with the Eagles and Terriers facing off in four different races.
The 3V squads kicked things off in the 7 a.m. race, followed by the first varsity eight. In the closest race of the morning, the BU 2V boat eked out a one-second win over the Eagles. The BC varsity four and second varsity four then closed out the morning against BU.
