BOSTON, Mass. - The Boston College rowing team competed at the 53rd Head of the Charles Regatta on Saturday and Sunday. With over 10,000 competitors and close to a 500,000 in attendance, the regatta is a special event that has intertwined itself into the history of Boston. As part of the event, Boston College put three boats in the water.
On Sunday, the Eagles raced in two of the most competitive - the Championship Four and Championship Eight. The championship four crew, led by freshmen coxswain Shannon-Nicole LoStracco, finished in ninth place out of 16 teams with a time of 18:17.
