CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- The Boston College volleyball team defeated Miami, 3-1, at Power Gym on Friday evening to earn its first ACC win of the season. The Eagles, who trailed most of the first set, won by scores of 25-21, 25-23, 11-25 and 25-22.
Freshman outside hitter Katrina Jensen (Temecula, Calif.) had a season-high 13 kills on a .308 attack rate. Senior outside hitter Clare Naughton (Atlanta, Ga.) chipped in with seven kills, but was steady on the ack line with a team-leading 18 digs.
