PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Boston College never trailed on Tuesday night in its first visit to Meehan Auditorium since 2014 and secured a 4-2 non-conference victory over Brown.
The Eagles evened their overall record at 5-5-2 (4-3-1 HEA) and extended their unbeaten streak against the Bears (3-7-1, 1-6-1 ECAC) to 12 straight games at 9-0-3.
Freshmen Andre Gasseau and Cutter Gauthier both had two-point performances, including goals to give BC a 2-0 cushion, and junior Nikita Nesterenko potted a pair of empty-netters late in the third period to seal to victory.
