NEW BRITAIN, Conn. – The Boston College women's cross country team finished off the CCSU Mini Meet in second place overall with 78 points on Friday afternoon at Stanley Quarter Park, with all five scored runners finishing in the top-50.
Providence won the team title with 20 points after taking the top three individual spots, led by junior Abbey Wheeler who claimed the individual title in a time of 9:48.9.
The Eagles were led by sophomore Lauren White, who placed 11th after finishing the 3K course in 10:26.3.
Sophomore Colleen Sliney was the second Eagle across the line, finishing in 12th in 10:35.
