CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College volleyball team opens ACC play this weekend, welcoming Clemson to the Heights on Friday before matching up with Georgia Tech in Power Gym on Sunday.
The Eagles started the season with an unprecedented nine-straight wins, and then closed out the non-conference slate with an overall record of 10-2. BC dropped its first two matches of the season last weekend in the New England Challenge, sandwiching a five-set loss at Harvard and a 3-1 decision at Northeastern around a 3-1 win over UMass Lowell at home.
"I think they (Harvard and Northeastern) played really well," first-year head coach Jason Kennedy said.
