CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced Tuesday that the Boston College women's tennis program has been tabbed as an ITA All-Academic Team while graduated Asiya Dair and rising junior Micayla Casella were named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above. All varsity letter winners were factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year (including fall 2017 and spring 2018).
Dair, who graduated in May with a degree in Economics, earned her fourth consecutive ITA Scholar-Athlete honor while Casella earned her second.
