It was the last regular season game for the Eagles tonight as they looked to steal a win from crosstown rival Northeastern and give the seniors something to smile about on one of their last games in Maroon and Gold. The ninth ranked Huskies were surely not going to be an easy opponent to grab a win from and they came out firing in the first few minutes putting the Eagles on the defensive to clear anything that came near goaltender Joseph Woll. After a few choppy minutes, the Eagles were able to get their feet under them and start taking a little more control of the game as they began to pepper Northeastern’s star goalie Cayden Primeau with shots.
