Eagles Fall to North Carolina, 2-0

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Boston College freshman pitcher Susannah Anderson had a strong performance on the mound, but the Eagles offense came up short in a 2-0 loss to North Carolina at Anderson Stadium on Saturday afternoon in an ACC match up.

The Eagles drop to 7-13 and 0-2 in the ACC. North Carolina improved to 14-9 overall and 4-1 in the ACC. The two teams will play the final game of the three-game series on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Anderson (3-6) went six innings, scattered six hits, walked three and gave up just two runs.
