CLEMSON, South Carolina – Despite a double-double from sophomore Emma Guy, who finished with 14 points and 15 rebounds, Boston College fell to Clemson, 65-61, in double-overtime at Littlejohn Coliseum on Thursday night.
After the two teams battled to a 47-47 in regulation, BC tied the first overtime with a half hook by Emma Guy with 16.3 to play. In the second overtime, BC took a 61-57 lead behind two three-pointers by Taylor Ortlepp and a mid-range jumper from Milan Bolden-Morris.
Clemson took control of the second overtime as on five straight points to go up 63-61 with 1:31 to play.
