CLEMSON, S.C. – The Boston College volleyball team fell in five sets to Clemson, 3-2, in their 2018 regular season finale. The Eagles showed perseverance throughout the match, owning multiple 12-point leads over the third set and erasing a seven-point deficit in the fourth set with an 8-0 run.
The Eagles (15-15, 5-13 ACC) hit at a .190 clip (63 kills – 29 errors – 179 total attempts) over the five-set match. The Tigers (17-14, 8-10 ACC) held a .211 attack percentage (65 kills – 29 errors – 171 total attempts). Each team earned 11.0 total team blocks.
