The Eagles led by one - 31-30 - at the break and began the second half scoring the first six points, en route to a 19-7 run. A 3-pointer from Heath with 14:04 left in regulation gave BC a 52-37 lead. But Minnesota would respond with 16 unanswered over the next 4:24 to get back in the game.
A free throw from Tabbs gave BC a 60-56 lead with 6:22 to go.
