CLEMSON, S.C.-- The Boston College softball program fell to No. 16 Clemson, 2-10, in the series opener Thursday night at the McWhorter Stadium.
Three of the Eagles pitching staff were in the circle against the Tigers. Abby Dunning pitched through 1.1 innings, Halie Pappion pitched .1 innings, and Addison Jackson closed out the game pitching 2.1 innings.
Jordan Stephens and Gator Robinson were the sole scorers in the contest for Boston, with a RBI triple bringing Kaitlyn Deguire through home plate in the fourth.
