WEYMOUTH, Mass. – Boston College hosted the No. 1 North Carolina Tar Heels on Sunday morning at the Weymouth Club on Senior Day, falling by a score of 7-0.
Following the match, BC honored its five departing seniors Loren Haukova, Yufei Long, Reagan Posorske, Maria Ross and Kylie Wilcox. Irani and Wilcox were unavailable to play.
UNC remained undefeated at 22-0 (12-0 ACC), while the Eagles moved to 4-9 (2-9 ACC).
North Carolina clinched the doubles point behind the 48th-ranked pair of Makenna Jones and Elizabeth Scotty over Yufei Long and Loren Haukova.
