CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College volleyball team (17-8, 8-4 ACC) suffered just their second five-set loss of the season at the hands of Notre Dame (16-6, 9-3 ACC) Sunday afternoon in Power Gym. Sophomore led the Eagles' effort with her 11th double-double of the season, putting up 18 kills and 15 digs.
The Eagles combined for a .268 percent on the day compared to Notre Dame's .264 while tallying five more kills as a team, but the Irish defense proved to be the difference as the visitors recorded three more blocks than BC. and both hit at error-free .
