WALTHAM, Mass. – The Boston College fencing team competed in the Eric Sollee Invitational at Brandeis University on Saturday, with both the men's and women's teams going 4-2 on the day. The men picked up wins over the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Hunter, Haverford and the Stevens Institute of Technology (Stevens) while the women were victorious over NYU, Hunter College, Haverford and the Stevens.
MEN'S RESULTS
-The sabre squad went 35-19, earning wins over NJIT, Hunter, Haverford and Stevens … Bolang Meng went 13-5.
-The foil squad was victorious over NJIT, Hunter, Haverford and Stevens, going 37-17 in the meet while Justin Herman had a record of 11-4.
